Tips for use :

3 cups per day (2 g per cup)
To make the most of Love Mama, we recommend using one teaspoon per cup of tea. Strain. Alternatively, use one tea bag per cup. Use simmering water, ideally at a temperature of 95°C (203°C). Let infuse for 5 to 7 minutes.
