DETOX WATER

Detox & hot or cold

Ingredients

  • 1 liter (4 1/4 cups) of water
  • 4 sprigs of rosemary
  • 3 slices of fresh, peeled ginger
  • 6 slices of fresh, peeled turmeric
  • The juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 3 cinnamon sticks

Recipe

  1. Gently crush the ginger and turmeric slices with the back of a spoon.
  2. Place all the ingredients in a teapot.
  3. Add the simmering water and let infuse for 7 minutes.
  4. Strain.
  5. Drink lukewarm.

APPLE CIDER VINEGAR ELIXIR WITH THYME

Detox & hot

Ingredients:

  • 50 cl (2 cups) of water
  • 4 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 4 sprigs of thyme
  • The juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • A little honey or agave syrup
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

Recipe:

  1. Place the cinnamon and thyme in a saucepan with water.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a gentle simmer.
  3. Wait 2 to 3 minutes, then turn off the heat and let infuse for 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Add the lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, pepper, and honey.
  5. Strain and drink hot.

Feel free to add a piece of candied ginger to the bottom of the teapot!


FRESH ROSEMARY WATER

Digestion & refreshment

Ingredients:

  • 50 cl (2 cups) of water
  • 4 sprigs of rosemary
  • 3 slices of pineapple
  • 2 sliced strawberries

Recipe:

  1. Place the rosemary, pineapple,
    and strawberries in a pitcher.
  2. Fill with water.
  3. Let sit in a cool area for at least 2 hours.

You can also use sparkling water 🙂
