Composition

  • 20 bags of Ginger Green Tea N°23: Sencha green tea, Yunnan green tea, ginger, juniper, pieces of apple.
  • 40 bags of Detox herbal tea n°6: pieces of apple, lemongrass, juniper berries, hibiscus, blackcurrant, nettle, green maté, blackcurrant natural flavor.

Tips for use

For best results, consume 1 bag of Ginger Green Tea and 2 bags of Détox herbal tea each day of the challenge:

  • In the morning, Ginger Green Tea: an organic green tea made with pieces of premium, anti-oxidizing ginger. This tea will help you establish a healthy routine and get the day started on the right foot.
  • In the afternoon, Détox herbal tea will help you relax while curbing your cravings for sugar. Effective at eliminating toxins, this herbal tea also helps you resist tempting foods and drinks.

To prepare your Ginger Green Tea, place 1 bag in a cup and add hot water (75-95°C / 167-203°F). Let infuse for 3 minutes.

For a Detox herbal tea, add 1 bag of infusion to a cup and add simmering water (95°C/203°F). Let infuse for 7 minutes.

Feel free to add more hot water to your cup when it’s empty – one bag goes a long way!
