A few reminders
Galactagogues (which increase the production of breast milk) are not essential for breastfeeding. Breastfeeding herbal teas are not a substitute for good breastfeeding practices. Mama Time herbal tea is mainly intended to provide you with a daily boost and help you stay hydrated.
The time it takes for this herbal tea to start working will vary from one woman to another. For some women, results will be seen immediately, while for others it may take several days. Studies show that on average, the effects can be seen after 7 days of use, provided good breastfeeding practices are followed as well. This product should therefore be consumed as part of a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Another benefit of this herbal tea is that its caraway helps with digestion and the body’s natural digestive functions.
