– TONIQUE Herbal tea can be enjoyed in the morning or afternoon

Tips for use

Add a teaspoon of loose-leaf herbal tea to water, Strain then enjoy. Otherwise, use 1 bag per cup. Use simmering water, ideally at a temperature of 95°C (203°C). Let infuse for 5 to 7 minutes.

This herbal tea is also delicious iced or as a latte. TONIQUE can be prepared a variety of different ways:

• Infuse in hot water, then let cool and refrigerate
• Infuse in cold water for 2 to 3 hours, then refrigerate
• Herbal tea on the rocks: pour your hot tea into a large glass full of ice cubes
• Herbal tea latte with ½ cup of hot tea and ½ cup of soy (or other) milk, heated over low heat with a little agave syrup. Froth the milk before pouring it into the cup.

For iced lattes, feel free to add a few mint leaves and some cinnamon.

Storage
Store our herbal teas in a cool, dry place.
