Tips for use
For a comforting break, steep a teaspoon in simmering water (95°C) for 4 minutes, then strain.
Enjoy hot, either plain or with a splash of milk.
Best consumed during the day.
Alternatively, add 1 bag per cup, then pour over simmering water (95°C/203°F) to infuse for 3 to 5 minutes.
